1. Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital goods (downloadable software), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or license keys have been issued.

2. Exceptions

We may offer a refund or exchange at our sole discretion if the product is proven to be defective and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
